some of the biggest shifts never started in big offices.
You don’t have to be in a corner office, a government building, or a glass tower to change the world. You change it wherever you are, one decision, one act of courage, one life touched at a time.
Bro. Colm is a quiet mentor who opened doors for many Kenyan kids from poor families like me .
Someone paying school fee with no camera around
Connecting talent to the world without asking for credit,
Showing up consistently when no one is applauding
That’s world-changing work. Big offices amplify power, but purpose doesn’t need permission. History is full of people who started in kitchens, churches, dorm rooms, villages, garages, and WhatsApp groups—and still bent the world in a better direction.
Impact isn’t about where you sit.
It’s about what you stand for and who you lift up.
Sometimes the real movers are the ones working quietly, faithfully, and relentlessly long before..
Lesson : You don’t need a big office to change someone life ..
That friend you’ve shared your junior running years with and beyond pro and even now, the same funny stories never get old. @kipchogeeliud continue to inspire the running community.. Thanks for the visit brother .. and wish you success on your new adventure in the sport of running #thegoat# @peakeliterunning #running

I want to sincerely thank you EKU coaches and staff for the opportunity to be part of the Eastern Kentucky university program. I am truly grateful for the support, guidance, and belief you showed in me during my time here.
After careful thought and many personal considerations, I decided to pursue an academic and running career in Colorado university . This decision was not easy, and it comes with deep respect for you, the coaching staff, and the program.
I would also like to thank Peak Elite scholars agency and the entire team, especially my father like Haron Lagat for understanding and respecting my personal choice. Your support and professionalism throughout this process mean a great deal to me.
Thank you again for everything. I wish you and the program continued success, and I hope to carry forward the lessons I’ve learned here.

You don’t get faster in the 5K by hammering 5K pace every week. A strong 5K comes from building the right foundation first. Most runners struggle because they skip the basics.
If you don’t build a solid aerobic base, every workout will feels harder than it should. Their threshold runs feel rough, intervals feel out of control, and it take too long to recover.
Many also avoid real speed work. ONE SIMPLE , structured speed session each week is all it takes to improve turnover, form, and efficiency—so 5K pace feels smooth, not stressful.
Then, when it’s time for true 5K training, people either push too hard or miss the right workouts early in training circle . You only need 1–2 key sessions each week: longer controlled reps, shorter sharp reps, and workouts that build RHYTHM instead of breaking you down.
The message is clear:
Just smart training with good structure ,the right plan, the right timing, and the right mix of mileage, threshold work, and speed and applies to most distance races but volume varies based on the distance you intend to run
Most runners don’t improve because they miss that balance. When you train with structure and purpose, the 5K finally starts to make sense—and the results..
