A Few Changes
• By popular demand, and for the summer months, we’re now offering Women’s and LGBTQ+ runs TWICE monthly 😎
Paces will vary to suit the group - no runner left behind.
• ‘No Rush Sundays’ - we’re back! A slower-paced, shorter-distance option for anyone who finds typical run club speeds a bit daunting.
• Track → Intervals
Due to the unexpected closure of Woodburn Rd Track, these sessions will now be park-based intervals. Join the chat for locations and full session details.
Monday Trail and Tuesday Intervals
To get involved please head down to one of the regular runs to meet the squad and get added into our group chat.
Bag drop and nearby parking is available at most of our run start points. If you aren’t sure, drop us a message.

PB DAY.
Due to the closure of Woodburn Road running track we had to run it back to the OG set up - a 5km lap of Rother Valley.💥
The crew showed up in force still. Pacers ranged from sub 19mins all the way up to 35mins❕
It’s always great to be able to help the squad achieve their goals in a non-competitive team effort.
We’ve got another PB day planned later in the year, hopefully this time back on a Track.

Last night for the bank holiday the Trail Crew met at an earlier time of 6pm to savour the lovely evening. Tess leading the crew along some of the Edges - White, Froggatt and Curbar.
What a glorious evening for a Trail Run.
