Thanks to everyone who’s been along to the open mic over the last few weeks, you have been astounding.
We'd love you to come and play for us this week if you can make it - we can provide the room and equipment, and you can bring the music. Open mics are such a good way to bring people together to test out new material, build your confidence and collaborate with others.
This week, our headliner is Ruby Wheeler, a York based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist paving her own path in the UK's country & western and Americana scene. With influences including Orville Peck, Kacey Musgraves, George Strait, and The Chicks, her music draws inspiration from many decades and facets of country music.
