Wednesday night just became your summer’s midweek party 🎊
House invites you to dig deeper into your heart’s rhythm, develop your freestyle abilities, and build stronger connections with others in the Twin Cities dance community.
For the next few months, we will focus on building your F.F.F: >Foundation (jack, rhythm, and groove) >Footwork vocabulary & >Floor work techniques
The last Wednesday of the month will be our LET’S HOUSE! battle, where you can practice your knowledge of House by competing with your classmates and other dancers in MN. A separate flyer with more details COMING SOON!
**By attending class and battles, you will be supporting myself as an instructor, a student, and a practitioner of Street Style dance. Profits made from class will go towards a dance training trip to New York for @ladiesofhiphop and @36chambazofstylz this July. These are essential programs that will enhance my abilities as a movement artist and instructor!

Last week we focused on understanding Houses foundation: The Jack. We discovered how to utilize the jacks rhythm & groove to connect with the music, release anxiety, and loosen up our bodies as we enter into freestyle.

This is for the warriors—for the ones who dare to reach high. This is for the dreamers, who find hope in love’s song. This is for us.
Come witness a vibrant night of Twin Cities movement at the Community Benefit Showcase! This project is a fundraiser to support mutual aid initiatives of friends and neighbors affected by ICE and the Trump Administration. Donations will go to a variety of networks in Minnesota that have a direct impact on the care of families, individuals, and businesses.
In honor of the movers and shakers that have helped shape the dance scene, these nights will segment into a panel discussion, taking a dive into past and present operations of artistic leaders in the metro. The dance community is enthusiastic to utilize our art form to contribute to aid relief in our city. We know how important it is to be of service to each other when we are in need—and no better way than to do it together on the big stage.
Be prepared to hoot, holler, and scream as we dance ICE OUT of Minnesota!
