This beautiful Piura Blanco Peruvian cacao from @coopnorandino is paired with peak harvest freeze dried passionfruit to accentuate the cacao's natural tropical profile. We then add milk and sugar (much much less sugar than a typical milk chocolate) to create a taste sensation, like a chocolate Solero 👏 🥭
