Warmest thanks to Ruby @rubyeleni for curating the exhibition and creating a caring, curious environment where ideas could come alive 🌪️✨ Thanks to @kunstsenter for all the support and to everyone who visited so far! Feronia Wennborg 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 11.04 - 10.05.26 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 is an exhibition of new work by Feronia Wennborg as part of Rumours & Murmurs: An Archive Project, curated by Ruby Eleftheriotis. Wennborg’s sound installation unfolds as a cocooning swell of atmospheric worlds. Moving across multiple speakers, the audio drifts non-linearly between textural sounds, vocal fragments and hazy clouds of affect and abstraction. 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 invites you to pay deep attention to the resonances and relationships that swirl and radiate around and between us. The exhibition is shown in the art centre's Project Room (2nd floor). @ferwenn @rubyeleni 📷: Hordaland kunstsenter

the pink ship at c.sundts is sailing this week we hand back the keys to c.sundts and our pink ship sets sail into a new nomadic life. the last six years of precious precarity and creativity have been nothing but fulfulling and meaningful hard work. we have plumbed, gathered, listened, walked, talked, cooked, wrote, tried, napped, cleaned, watered, created, exhibited, hosted, welcomed, and sent countless funding applications. now it is time to listen to our guts and let aerial at c.sundts set sail. we need to listen a little harder to the inner messages from our tummies, although hungry for more, we need to reign in the ropes and seek a more sustainable practice. that both gives and takes. so for now, we want to say a heartfelt thank you. thank you for popping by, for lending us stuff, for collaborating with us, trusting us, and for all the opportunities and hard graft. aerial became what it was because of you. for now, ha det and on behalf of aerial hugs carol, ruby & soso

SOMEWHERE A BRIGHT STAR BURNS with works by TAMARA MacArthur @tamaramacarthur and JACK O’FLYNN @jackaoflynn at VISNINGSROMMET USF @visningsrommetusf curated by RUBY ELEFTHERIOTIS @rubyeleni [from 20250829 to 20250907] [YYYYMMDD SUBMISSIONS] Underneath your feet, black sands glitter and crumble away. A purple mossy forest grows black branches that twist into the sky. Everything around you is alive - collapsing and mutating as houses grow roots and the moon falls from above. Still, you endlessly and fervently search for the bright star. A spark of promise, a glimmer of hope amongst the hopelessness. Maybe one day you steal a glimpse of it through the twisted pines - that faraway dream, lonesomely burning above a blue-yellow mountain. Somewhere A Bright Star Burns is a duo exhibition of new work by Bergen-based artist Jack O’Flynn and UK-based artist Tamara MacArthur. Working closely in Bergen over the last two months and building upon years of friendship, this exhibition poured out of a shared desire to get closer to the feelings in Harald Sohlberg’s Winter Night in the Mountains. The painting, sublime and unreachable with its luminous mountains and sweet child-like star cradled by them, radiates with longing, grief, transformation, hope and despair - themes that suffuse this exhibition. In Somewhere A Bright Star Burns, the worlds of the artists tangle together - alive with invisible forces and emotional pulls - made from paper, plaster, glitter, paint, sand, ceramic, metal and glue.
