A little PSA - I accidentally erased the newsletter I spent over 5 hours working on this morning…naturally, it was supposed to go out today. Little hiccups like this remind me yet again- that I’m far better at metalsmithing than I am at even rudimentary technology .🫠 I’m working on another as we speak, but I’m going to call it now, and push the update back by one day. The new drop will go live Wednesday, April 5th at 10:30 a.m. And the newer, shorter 😅 newsletter should be in your inboxes sometime this evening. For those of you who had trouble signing up- the glitch has been fixed! You should be all good to go now.

I’ve never actually made it to a gem show in all these years…so what I don’t cut myself- I work hard to source. With a focus on sustainably cut, old stock, and quality stones. The 2021 RIDEBIKESEATFOOD Tour closed out with one final meal in Mendocino, CA. The deep connection we all give & receive during Gravel Camp is something unto itself. It’s very personal, and it’s our take home gift to guests, as well as our staff team.
Knowing that each experience can’t be recreated allows for complete self expression; both guests & staff. A unique sense of awareness that seems to only present itself in a setting where we all feel incredibly comfortable. Thank you to the 40 souls who trusted traveling with us this summer season. Our hearts are full.

Passionflower are one of my faves. Look at this beautiful being. The blooms only open for about 24hr. Reminding us to be present.

Passionflower is often worked w as a calming & sleep aid. Allowing one to get out of their head, embodied & integrating Spirit + Earth energies. They are also helpful for anxiety & worry.

I love pairing them w/ Scullcap for folks who over-think & worry. Where thoughts go around & around, in a circle w no solution or end.

There are many studies on Passionflower {PubMed to find}. One study found that they may be as effective as a Benzo w/o as many side effects. Passionflower also has anti-spasmodic & anodyne properties (relaxes the body & pain relief).
