Coffee has always been a huge part of my daily life - the quiet moments, the conversations, the routine, the comfort. Over time, that love grew into the idea of creating something of my own. Something intentional, simple, and consistently good coffee.
Ruby Alba is a speciality coffee brand, roasted in Scotland, in collaboration with our partners
@welovecoffeeltd , who are innovating in the coffee space with their fluid bed roaster.
From the sourcing to the roasting to the branding, every part of this has been created with so much care, and I’m incredibly proud to finally launch it.
Starting something new is always daunting, but I’m so grateful for the support from everyone around me already. I can’t wait for you all to try it and be part of this journey with me.
