Sourced from smallholder farms in the highlands of Guji, this is a coffee defined by altitude, clarity, and precision. Grown at close to 2,000 metres and processed at the Gogogu washing station, it showcases everything you want from a washed Ethiopian.
A careful 60–72 hour fermentation followed by slow drying brings out a clean, expressive cup — soft vanilla, brown sugar sweetness, and a bright peach note that lifts through every sip.
Brewed as a pour-over, it really comes into its own — highlighting its clarity, balance, and delicate fruit character.
Light, elegant, and quietly complex, this is a coffee that rewards a slower approach.
