The existing lean-to at Richmond Crescent House was demolished to allow for a new extension that has better circulation and most importantly, better access to natural light. Instead of relying on skylights in the existing kitchen, the new extension faces north letting the light flood in through the doors and highlight windows, all while creating a better connection to the backyard and entertaining space.Builder @tremulconstructionsVisualisation @rt_architects

The Torquay House has 2 major forms, one housing the clients private space and the second holding the communal areas and extra bedrooms for visiting family, all linked together by the courtyard pool.This house was designed for the clients to live year round but also as a place to bring their family all together acting as the family beach house. This required the need to be able to shut down certain areas while not in use and have spaces just for the clients that still were easily accessible to the communal areas.Builder @tremulconstructions

Introducing the Geelong Townhouses, made up of robust and hardy materials creating low maintenance homes the clients could spend their time enjoying.
