One of life’s simple pleasures is the white napkin Italian style of restaurant and @castellis_ristorante in Palm Desert plays to form. One of their unique touches is that every entree includes a small, side portion of any of their pasta dishes.i went to the classic surf and turf - Bone-in Veal Parm with Vongole. My only advice - play the hits.
