We’re honored to share that we’ve retained our Michelin star for the sixth year. This recognition belongs first and foremost to the people behind the scenes - the team that shows up every day, pushes through long hours, and gives their best. We're also incredibly thankful to our purveyors, our families, friends, and guests who continue to believe in what we do. Thank you for standing behind us and alongside us. We’re deeply grateful to the Michelin Guide(@michelinguide ) for the continued honor. Regretfully, we couldn’t be at the event last night due to business needs, but we were there in spirit - proud, humbled, and grateful. This star reminds us not just of what we’ve done, but of how much more there is to do. It keeps us sharp, grounded and pushes us to keep getting better. Big congratulations to all the incredible restaurants and friends in the industry who were recognized this year.

Vignettes from our wine dinner last night with Beaune imports. Wine dinners are a different kind of challenge. It's all about pacing, balance, and staying in sync with the glass. Last night with Beaune Imports, we built a menu around their wines, from Chardonnay to Barolo — letting summer produce and bold pairings do the work. There was beef with charred tomato and eggplant, sea bream en papillote with shiso broth and corn, salmon with yuzu crème fraîche and caviar, cod with braised short rib and morels. A few quiet surprises too like the duck tortellini in miso broth, Shima aji with melon and cherry. Each dish was shaped by the wine it stood beside. We’ve got more of these coming up — a few seats, a few pours, and a new menu each time. Have you made a reservation yet? #foodandwine #finedining #michelin #marincounty
