Ride, Eat, Drink in Creemore
A 20km ride and a good stroll around #creemore was just the ticket for us this past weekend. We do love a good stroll here at Rrampt. We love a good challenge. And we definitely love Creemore. Itâs one of the nicest weekend getaways in @brucegreysimcoe
There were bigger crowds than usual on Saturday May 9th for the 8th Annual Turas MĂłr, a bike event for all skill levels, put on by @creemoresprings
Join us at Rrampt.com as we ride, eat, drink in Creemore.
Collingwoodâs @queenmband opens her debut soul album with a defiant anthem for holding your head up high and moving on.
For anyone whoâs left a relationship behind, theyâll certainly find these songs relatable, right from her opening lines: âI wish I didnât know how deep the well was/ I wish I didnât know how far I could fallâ to her refrain âIâm taking the high road/ you carry your own load.â
Say goodbye to your attention â it will be in Queen Mâs hands from here on.

Weâre thrilled to continue our âLocally Blendedâ music series Thursday, May 21st with the compelling performance of Georgia Mass.
At just 18, Georgia is already making significant waves in the Canadian music scene. As the winner of the 2025 Roy Thomson and Massey Hall songwriting competition, she has already graced one of the countryâs most iconic stages. With an authentic, timeless sound and a voice that is âtimelessly real,â itâs no wonder sheâs been tapped to open for Jim Cuddy this fall.
Come experience this rising star in an intimate setting before she heads to the big festival stages!
Catch Georgiaâs story with Lite 99.3âs JD Moffatt.
⢠When: Thursday, May 21

Moondoggyâs next chapter
Thereâs something in the water here, something about @brucegreysimcoe that quietly breeds creativity.
Maybe itâs the slower pace, or the way the quiet makes people want to make their own noise. Whatever it is, Moondoggy seems to fit right into it.
The bandâs story starts in #collingwood in 2018, when two high school friends, Jakob Matanowitsch and Johnny Contini, were each making music on their own before deciding to combine forces.
They wrote songs in their bedrooms, played at house parties, and slowly pulled more people into the mix. Over time, the band moved to Toronto, the lineup expanded, shows got bigger, and the music became more defined.

They say that you have your whole life to make your first album. @jolieanastasiaa didnât wait her whole life. She didnât wait very long at all.
At just twenty-four, this young singer songwriter has debuted a folk album that establishes her as an artist to watch.
This eleven-track effort from #collingwood -based singer/songwriter Anastasia has certainly made an impression â just ask anyone who was at her album release show at Marsh Street Centre.

@banditfest began as a one-day backyard concert with a purpose to create a space where young musicians could come together in-person to support each other while performing original music.
It was a response to the longing local youth felt for an event like this. After the festivalâs inaugural showcase, the momentum began to build. Their efforts were met with a resounding âyes pleaseâ from everyone who attended the backyard show, and Banditfest was born.
We catch up with founders Olive Borowski, Sydney Pettit and Mya Dickson-Stanhope to find out whatâs in store for the Bandits this year.

Iâm honoured to have a three page feature in this yearâs Rrampt print Music Issue.
Joel Loughead captured something of the spirit of the listening experience and the intention behind Memory Like Water in a way Iâm very grateful for.
One line that stayed with me:
âWith Memory Like Water, Paul Woolner feels like a man - a musician, an artist - who has finally found exactly where he fits in this world, and has chosen to share that place with the rest of us.â
