Almost exactly one year to the day of the release of «Nebulous Nights» (An Ambient Excursion into «Profound Mysteries») we are happy to announce a physical edition of the album. Due for release on 27th March 2026 via Dog Triumph, the physical incarnation of «Nebulous Nights» will be presented on individually-numbered transparent 140g 3xLP vinyl and 2xCD with booklet. The excellent Christina Huang @cxlhuang has expanded on the «Nebulous Nights» visual world first conceived by Röyksopp and @ggxd.studio , bringing it to tactile life across the design and layout for these new physical iterations of the album. Adversity & Hope is the lead track from Röyksopp’s OST score for Facing War, an award-winning documentary from Tommy Gulliksen about Jens Stoltenberg’s last year as Secretary General of NATO. ‘Adversity & Hope’ plays out over electronics, Strings, Piano, Viola, Cello, Double Bass with Svein and Torbjørn accompanied by a 15-piece orchestra. A TV adaptation of Facing War will premiere across the SVT, NRK and DR channels throughout September with further territories to come.
