🪐WAYS IS OUT 🪐 Last year, I took on the challenge of choreographing to one of @halimabot songs, “TALK.” I never thought I’d be able to execute artistically, but after sharing my movement, the universe brought Halima and me together to perform “TALK” live! 🪩✨(last slide) Fast forward to now, Halima trusted me to interpret my artistry for a music video of her newest release, “WAYS.” This project marks my first professional choreographer job, alongside a truly gifted artist and genuine soul, for which I’m immensely grateful. Thank you for your encouragement and endless trust. Our visions coming together created something truly special ❤️💫 To the Director, @bellamybrewster and DP, @michael.moreorless : it’s been an absolute honor working with both of you. Your endless passion for this medium made collaborating and exchanging ideas effortless. Y’all are amazing!! 💯 Lastly, to my friends and fellow movers: thank you for trusting me throughout this process. ❕Exciting times❕I’m incredibly grateful to share that I will be teaching at @brickhouse.nyc every Saturdays starting in September! 🙏🏼✨ Really can’t express my gratitude in words, but I’m truly thankful for the Brickhouse staff, and @kellypetersnyc for all the love and trust in providing me this opportunity! 💯 Of course, I wouldn’t be in this position without the opportunities that my homies @xnickkim & @jaygotthemoves had provided to sub for them. ❕MTV VMAs 2023 ❕ Feeling so grateful and blessed to perform at such an historic show, better yet with friends (old and new!) AND to do it with the @realstraykids ??!!
