quick rowtone status update!
hey everyone, if we don’t know each other, i’m mitch— i’ve been running rowtone! i am usually at the door for a lot of the shows and have probably sent you emails if ive booked your band before.
taking a bittersweet second to say im stepping back from rowtone. it’s not completely over so DONT UNFOLLOW, ha, but things will definitely change. very fortunately, i’ve become busy with a lot of other good things in life and need to put my time into them. some other folks may be booking things here and there but in general stuff will slow down. feel free to keep sending us emails though! the rest of this post will be boring so if you only wanna know about shows, you’re all caught up! thank you.
here’s some stupid stuff.
i’m really proud of what rowtone has become, it might even be the thing i am most proud of. what started as a youtube channel with my buddy dan (pictured above in slide 2) has given me some of the most amazing experiences of my life. the work i do now, the people i’ve met, and the community that totally defines me all came from this thing. it was a constant outlet for me to contribute to art/music in philly. its grown so fast over the past year and i really appreciate everyone’s excitement for the shows rowtone books. we’ve had so much amazing talent play under our banner and ive gotten to meet so many people from across the country (even the world) because of the shows. ill try to remember all these amazing things forever! philly is the greatest country on this earth and also happens to be home to earths greatest diy music scene (sorry everyone else). anything is possible here if you throw yourself at it, you just gotta care.
please feel free to use me as resource if you want to start booking shows or are trying to do it more seriously, ill try to help however i can.

RED PAND ARE TREAT? @redpandaretreat single release show finally, GOD DANG! so hype for this one. This band blew me away the first time I saw em play and ive been consistently bothering them since then to release— oh how dreams come true!
@nextdaydeliveryband also rips and is coming in from CT to play the slice shop. @thedeathofjamesdean and @pll.exe are making it an emo/math rock/wawa show fit for a king/queen/shortie roll. $10 at the door like the good ole days. SHOW OUT!
