sweeet been wanting to do a release like this for a few years and couldn't be happier w how these songs turned out. big thanks to honorary rfe member quinton for working w us thru the years. honestly can't imagine doing rfe w another engineer, and frankly wouldn't want to. always a pleasure hangin, recording shit, and smashing del taco together. sean @maxim_memegrov one of my best bois throwing down viola on track 3, thank you b i love you. thank you joe @chokeartistnj my diy prime minister, helping out w so many logistics and the physical release. i don't know how someone can play in ten bands and still have energy to continue helping so many people, but he does. thank you kait for some clutch design work and helping out. thank you dave @the_gradwell_house for mastering this thing, you did a beautiful job. thanks to my brother jake for the artwork. and of course, thank you greggy @gregmileslewis for doin rfe w me all these years. we got these songs together remotely, had two rehearsals, then went to q's to record. it is a true privilege to play w greg, he is one of the most hardworking/trustworthy/generous/reliable people i know, and is an absolute CUTIE on the drum set. we hope yall enjoy these songs & we appreciate the hell out of any n all of you whether you love, hate, or feel indifferent about our music. we'd be doing it regardless but it's cool when people feel something. thanks.

This Saturday marks 1 year of Rob Ford Explorer’s “nil” EP. We pressed it to a 7” along with 2022’s “two song” EP. Here’s a clip of their track “Rory’s Feat” from the B-side. Watching this band play every night for a month straight was such a treat. While a lot of math rock can feel “in the box” I really appreciate how organic and natural RFE’s music comes across. yay, new year. been a sec but uhh that tour was the time of our lives🙃10000ish miles 33 days 30 shows 20 states 4 dudes 2 bands 1 prius 1 deer (rip&rip) massive massive thank you to our brothers @floraltheband @joescaladrums taking us along for the ride. true pleasure getting to hear them play every single night and to be trapped in a car w them day in n day out. lotta laughs smells & hedonism in such a short amount of time. endless love to those two guys. thanks to all the bands for pulling up and playing w us, all the folks who came out and watched & enjoyed the show/said nice things/bought merch/talked shit etc. hopefully play some shows this year n release more music. love you
