Always adding a little of my own touches at the same time. I’ve never liked the sign painter vs digital designer narrative. Working together always looks better. 😎🤙
Have you ever wanted to live in a condo with 100 year old German stained glass? Because now you can at @bakerstreetpartners new building Bethany Roxborough. This spring I painted a series of signs and lettering for the renovated and reimagined Bethany Lutheran Church. While I’d like to highlight the signs, the windows are pretty amazing.
In February @cleobagels opened Little Bean, a sister cafe next door on Baltimore Ave in West Philly. I had a nice time painting these fun signs and lettering for the two stores. The hanging sign has two different designs for each side depending on your approach and which shop you’re entering. Good times working with good people, and good bagels!

Last set, to wrap up the exterior at @bluebirddistilling . Stucco always presents a challenge for painting as you’re working with and against the texture of the wall. All in all this was a great project with fun designs and great vibes. #Alwayshandpaint

Towards the end of last year I had the pleasure of painting multiple signs for @bluebirddistilling in Phoenixville, as part of their rebrand and renovations. @truehandsociety designed a great branding package for them and the fine folks and Bluebird made this an enjoyable time. This was the first round, and I’ll post the others soon.

Happy New Year! We’re off and running once again. Looking forward to 2026. I started 2025 with a hernia repair surgery. Wasn’t too bad, and it was good to sit still for a bit. Huge shout out to my wife Leslye for holding us down ( That’s kinda what she does!) The rest of the year was full of the successes and challenges that we all wrestle with. But again, I was constantly reminded how lucky I am to be a sign painter working in one of the greatest cities in America. Saw a lot, did a lot, and am so ready to do it again. I hope everyone had a good holiday spent with family and friends, doing whatever makes you happy. Special thank you, to my family and friends, and the best clients! Here’s to 26’.
