This workshop comes right as we enter the season of depression where a lot of people are affected by stress, depression & anxiety due to the cold & being stuck inside the house.
We were able to teach the youth different techniques & coping mechanisms through art therapy, music & conversation that will help support them with any signs of mental health they may be facing privately.

Serving the Danzig community has been amazing ❤️. I’ve been able to build relationships with independent mothers—similar to how I grew up in a single-parent household—helping them plan this event for their children 🎄. Out of roughly 105 families, having 10 incredible women support and care for every child as their own has been truly humbling 🙏🏿.
I couldn’t have planned, organized, and hosted this event by myself. A huge thank you to the parents who partnered with me every step of the way—their support, ideas, and energy helped make this celebration possible and meaningful for over 100 children 😊. Your dedication shows the heart of this community 💙.
I also want to acknowledge GFLY Foundation, Toronto Community Housing, and Malvern Family Resource Centre for their continued support 🙌🏿, and every volunteer and contributor who gave their time, resources, and love 💛. Together, we created a day filled with joy, laughter, and connection 🎉.
