Today is the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week and our UK charity partner @calmzone have put together seven small actions for us that will have a BIG impact. Why? Because taking small actions now means we can all help prevent suicide in the future.
That 10 minute walk after work. Pressing send on that check-in text to a mate. Downloading the CALM app and taking 5 to regulate your breathing. These are the small actions that will stack up.
When it comes to mental health, it’s often these small, consistent actions that make all the difference and help make sure stuff doesn’t build up to crisis point.
