With decades of experience shaping high-profile Manhattan residences and global retail environments for iconic brands including Ralph Lauren and Donna Karan, Christina has long been recognized for her mastery of blending modern and traditional interiors in unexpected, deeply considered ways. The renovation of historic homes is a signature of @roughaninteriors . Self-described “furniture geeks,” Christina and her team are constantly studying and sourcing exceptional pieces - from iconic mid-century classics to cutting-edge contemporary designs - all layered with intention and restraint.
Christina resides (and is constantly renovating) a 200-year-old home in Weston with her husband, two daughters, and Cookie their Boston Terrier. If we’re lucky, we may even get a tour.

A beautiful auction discovery: an iconic piece of Wedgwood Black Basalt with white relief, originally introduced by Josiah Wedgwood in 1768. Known for its rich matte black finish and intricate neoclassical detailing, these timeless stoneware pieces were inspired by ancient Greek and Egyptian pottery and remain just as striking centuries later.
We love styling pieces like these as sculptural decorative objects or repurposing them beautifully to hold fruit or layered tabletop moments. Collected pieces with history always bring a home to life in the most personal way.
