I still can’t believe it.
I’ve poured my life into breathwork over the past 6 years and it truly change my life when I needed it the most.
This book includes everything I’ve learnt from practicing, reading and coaching business, patients, athletes, the military, and everyone in between.

Grateful for the opportunity to support the guests during a busy day.
Between presenters, I brought the guests attention to their breath. But this time we focused on energising, rather than relaxation.
The techniques used were to consciously stimulation. The last thing I’d want is for them to fall asleep!
When we think of breathwork, intention and purpose is key.

UTA50 - A morning of mindfulness in the mountains.
Some races I want to push myself, and others I just want to enjoy taking part. And truthfully, I usually enjoy myself more when it’s the latter.
I dropped my ego, hardly looked at my watch and just ran for fun, because that’s the whole point, right?
Running in the mountains makes me really happy.
The people, the place, the energy, the joint suffering. It makes me feel alive and full.
The future is trail.

Last week supporting @jacquikingswell and @thepilatesclass live in Sydney!
I first met Jacqui, Fresh, Grace and Chelsie 3 years ago when we recorded Breathwork for TPC App.
When they reached out and asked if I wanted to host a short practice at the end of class I jumped at the opportunity!
They’re an amazing team, doing amazing work in the world.

To launch the new @alo trail shoe, we brought the community together for a 5km hike around Malabar Headland with some mindful moments throughout.
Alo doesn’t have a store in Australia yet, but I’m loving how they’re showing up in the community.
