Roro came together in the lush valley of @yenicevadi with a group of flower children who wanted to turn their seeds into blossoms. Into the seeds in our hearts, we first placed a root, then a stem and a leaf, then a bud. With a little hope, a little experience and lots of love, we remembered how beautiful we are together. We danced a lot, created, thought, listened, sometimes even cried. But most of all, we played. Because we believe transformation will come from play. Our hope and contribution are endless for the dreams of all flower children to come true, and for the days when we will see peace within ourselves and in the world. We are so glad you came! Spring Equinox • Bayram (Eid) • Nowruz 🤍 Isn’t it magical when day and night are in perfect balance the sun rising in the east, setting in the west. In the North, we bloom into longer, warmer days. In the South, a gentle descent into autumn begins. A turning point honored for thousands of years a reminder to return to balance, within and around. To offer something to the Earth from the heart. To feel grateful for every color and pattern in nature. Last equinox, we were together in Roroland. Our dear @ozlemozulker guided us in making offerings to remember, to soften, to make peace within.

Ece 🤎 With @ecemanav // States of Matter, throughout our 4-day gathering, she opened an alternative ex(periment + press) space — from silent listening sessions of Alice Coltrane’s World Spirituality Classics 1 album, to morning letter writing, herbal tea, and poetry circles in Roroland. Within the intensity of the gathering’s program, in States of Matter, we experienced not the “doer,” but the one who slows down.

Details from Roroland | Flower Children Almost none of us knew each other before Roro. The Roro spirit brought us together. And throughout Roroland, we became friends, we bonded. Creating together, surprising other Roros with small details, exciting them, making them think, and simply helping them feel good. This is our greatest passion as a team. We are full of love for our Roro journey, which began with months of preparation and truly started the moment we entered the land, and for the friendships that grew along the way. So grateful to be such a beautiful team. So grateful for you, Roro team.
