Ropes & Gray recently hosted its Sixth-Year Associate Summit in Boston, bringing together more than 70 associates from across the firm’s global offices for two days of learning, networking, and connection.
Hosted by the firm’s professional development & training team and sponsored by litigation & enforcement partner Alex Rene, the summit included sessions on supervising in the age of AI, senior associate expectations and the path to advancement, the business of a law firm, delegation and feedback, business development, networking, and risk management and loss prevention.
