Afterwards we went to the park, to play our first round of cricket this year. It was such a great time together. We can't wait for next week... 🏏💪

Last week at #WILDLIFE we planted seeds into small pots and introduced the boys to stop motion, letting them create their own little stop motion movies with lego figures 🎬🍿🎥
This helps to develop creativity in a playful way, whilst being outdoors. The spring weather is absolutely perfect for it. We'll upload soon some of the results...

We've had our intro session on #Landart today at wildlife, trying to create temporary patterns, objects and things out of the materials we find outdoors.

The Sugar Snap Kitchen coffee shops are owned by the charity @rootedin and for the first time in 20+ years we are going to have a space to call our own! Working with Leeds Diocese and @architectureunknownltd we have submitted our planning application!
Using us for your morning coffee, daily lunch or afternoon treat helps contribute towards rescuing this beautiful building and creating a place for generations of children and young people in our community!

We went round the neighbourhood, to hand out leaflets, because we've got another BIG PROJECT lined up and we need as much help and inspiriation as we can get.🔥💪🎨
We've got permission to paint the concrete blocks at the bottom of Ayresome Oval and we need your CREATIVITY, SKILLS & TIME to turn them into something beautiful...
We'll start by prepping the blocks on Monday the 16th (with primer for the paint) and we will paint the blocks on Tuesday the 17th and Wednesday the 18th.

We've crafted hard over the half term as #WILDLIFE. Together with @southsquarecentre we gave the concrete blocks underneath St Matthew's primary a proper make-over 🎨🖌💪
We teach our young people, that you can use your hands, your gifts and your skills to create, build and to make this world a better and nicer place for everyone (especially in a world were so many things get damaged, broken and destroyed).
Even though we've had set backs with people trying to damage the project, we've succeded, stuck with it and finished this amazing piece of art 💪🔥
Thank you everyone that got involved (especially Gemma @gemma.bailey.art & Yaya @youralrightyouare you guys are amazing!!!), for not giving up and for everyone that still helps now to look after it, to make #ALLERTON a little nicer, each day...
