Most importantly I enjoy what I do, learning my own body, doing my own training + diet, bloodwork & supplemenation so it’s never a drag for me because I’m constantly learning through each & every prep. ( You only learn when you fail )

I’ve Zero dirty cheat meals since late April & I had a bunch of off plan foods over the weekend, I trained legs last night to flush the nutrients into the wheels & today Monday I woke up at 200lbs exactly the same weight I was on show day morning lol.
Thank you guys for all the love n support, the dms & messages, conversations in person. The fire was already lit but the motivation is even greater now going into this 2026 offseason.
For November I’ll relax and pull back on training intensity, & let the body kinda do whatever it wants for 40 days. Because we take 2,3 steps back in order to make leaps & bounds of gains for December-January.

I Had an Incredible time training today at the @powerhousegympittsburgh headed into the @pittpowerfit weekend. The bodybuilding Atmostphere was incredible here with so many like minded people
#NewYorkPro2026 I’ve been going to see the @nypro_ in person every year since 2018 & this years 2-day event was awesome and just a ton of Bodybuilding.
I love appreciating all the different divisions and how they each display their muscularity & physiques. Even the athlete who comes in dead last gives it there absolute all and that’s honorable.
In the East coast this event is our once a year- mini Olympia. Bodybuilding is my biggest hobby lol, & I’m a full-time student & fan of this sport.
After day2 Prejudging, I went to check out the new @elev8tionfitness to hit some Delts/Chest. Motivation is always at peak after watching a show
