The Road to Pro
As I get ready to take some much-needed downtime to recover, I wanted to share the progress I’ve made closing out this year.
Over the past few months, I coached myself through this mini-cut, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come—not just physically, but mentally.
Shifting my mindset and focusing on building a lifestyle instead of only preparing for a show has changed everything. It allowed me to take the pressure off, stay consistent, and break the patterns that used to hold me back.
This year taught me that growth happens when you stay committed, trust the process, and bet on yourself every single day. And that’s exactly what I plan to carry into the next chapter.
Had the chance to check out @elev8tionfitness incredible energy, hand-selected equipment, amazing murals, and a culture that speaks for itself. Miami vibes, great music, even better workout. Definitely looking forward to being back. 🔥🌴
12 week transformation from last December
Aiming to pick up where I had left off just before taking what has been my longest break from training due to surgical procedures.
The goal now is to recomp and then go into a growth phase. Excited to start training again 🤞🔥
A quiet kind of Sunday.
A steak on the plate, the world slowed down, and the simple pleasure of being home with nowhere else to be. Just good food, calm air, and a moment of well-earned peace.

A 12 year old GROM with nothing but wheels and obsession. 🛼
That same passion I had for skating became my blueprint for everything that followed. If I love it, I go all in — no half speed, no brakes. Even at a young age, I knew… if it lights me up, I’m relentless.
