Last Saturday, we gathered in a small, intimate circle @fiercely.fem 🤍 A call was felt, very last minute, and I followed. Together with @amy.argyle , we opened a space through breathwork and sound, but what unfolded went far beyond that. It was a remembering, a return to the body, a coming home to ourselves in nature. Every time we gather, something shifts. There is a softness, a lightness, like being carried for days after. Because there is something powerful that happens when women meet each other in truth, when hands are held, and when sisterhood is felt. The women who were meant to be there, were there.
