As I get older I realize Iāve always sought being in the present moment. Whether that be acting, dancing or being with dogs. Thereās something so magical about that space. The now. The only thing that really exists and the place all animals live in, except humans. Humans have a real hard time with it lol to the point where we only get glimpses of it through art, sex & meditation.
Iāll keep seeking it in everyday moments and Iāll keep bringing myself back when I find myself lost in the past or anxious about the future, cause I wanna live there forever.
