That’s what a good Q&A does. It gives people permission to chat and dig into the themes of a film.
I’ve hosted panels and done thousands of interviews over the years, and there’s nothing quite like standing in a room after a film that means something, opening the floor.
We’ve had everything from questions about how to find community, to history, minerals and even questions about the supernatural - with a live audience part of the fun is not knowing what’s about to come next!

kirstymalcolm In 2024 a filmmaker called @dansimpkins_ got in touch with @kirstymalcolm & @rollnine asking for support with a film he was making with @angoose_edits about some slightly mad but absolutely incredible explorers called the @carbisbaycrew 🔦
After watching the rushes and hearing their stories that delve into themes of community, adventure and men’s mental health with some incredible visuals to boot - we had to get involved.
Since then the film has gone on to win Best Adventure and Exploration @kendalmountainfestival 🏆 it’s played in sold out cinemas not just across Cornwall, but across the UK and last night we were so proud to premiere it in Stockholm to a packed out screening room at the amazing @djupetsthlm event space 🍿
The film is so special because the people in it are truly ordinary but are also extraordinary. They’re a bunch of blokes who not only do something exciting and incredible, they are real men talking about life, fears, joys and the highs and the lows.

Spies, long lost family and a secret WW2 love affair hidden for decades🕵️
Over the past weeks, we’ve been uncovering a story very close to home, one that weaves together espionage, identity, and a relationship shaped in the shadows of war.
It’s made @kirstymalcolm reflect on how much of the past lives on in us and how some stories take years, sometimes generations, before they’re ready to be told.
As this incredible story unfolds @rollnine is beginning to explore this as a potential TV or documentary project, and would love to connect with commissioners who are drawn to stories with a historical backdrop.

The biggest mistakes we see with corporate videos?
- Employee or client looks like a hostage
- Filmed up against a wall with no depth
- With echoey sound
- And eyeline darting around the screen looking ‘dodgy’
- Production looks rushed
Result = this lowers confidence in the team, the company and the brand vision.
Good news? We can turn pretty much any boardroom into a studio with;
🎥 Pro cameras and Operators to avoid that ‘teams video call’ cheapness.
💡 Lighting to create warmth, flatter and separate from the background.
🎤 Lapel and boom mics to avoid sounding like you’re in a tin can.
🎬 Teleprompters to stay on message or to create the perfect eyeline.
📋 A Producer who’ll ensure your team deliver key messages.
(Doesn’t matter if it’s the CEO or the boss of an F1 team, she’ll also let you know if you need a second take).

New Work for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 W17 launch. 🏁
I had the opportunity to work alongside dream team @kirstymalcolm and @himynameischris.co.uk , creating animated brand assets that were featured in last week’s live broadcast.
We presented look & feel options before bringing the motion graphics to life – which included a ten-minute countdown, typographic segment stings, logo animations and lower third namestraps for each participant. ✨
Huge thanks to @rollnine for bringing me on to the team and credit to @genesismedia.productions and @ovrexpsd.tv who delivered the livestream.
Excited to have kicked 2026 off with such a dream project. 🏎️

We’ve just wrapped working on the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 W17 launch 🏎️ where we created the motion graphics and animation for their live broadcast.
This involved:
🟢 Creating look & feel options for the show
🔵 Bringing their branding to life in a slick & premium style
🟣 Creating a suite of motion assets — logos, countdowns & segment stings
⚪ Animating existing & new 3D assets to clearly explain complex ideas, stats, & technical concepts
⚫ These were then used across both the livestream & social videos
👩🔧This helped communicate major regulation changes, chassis updates, and performance concepts in a way that was clear, on-brand and engaging bringing together visuals from mulitple years into a cohesive modern look.
This isn’t just for F1 ➡️ The same approach applies to product explainers, investor updates, internal town halls, conference visuals, and brand announcements — anywhere your business is presenting and wants to look sharp, clear, and intentional.
