Our next knees up at Leeds’ remote warehouse is led by some of the UK’s freshest faces and we are thrilled to finally share this with you all. @vinihonoriobr ear for pulsating, driving techno has led to fresh releases on the genres vanguard labels such as Figure, Token and Mord. A familiar face across venues in Europe and Latin America, luring audiences with his sleek and hypnotic sound design, and now he will be gracing our booth next month. Joining him is @ja.cklyn , DJ and Producer who oscillates between atmospheric and pummelling with a purist edge. Her standout sets and releases have captivated us for a while, it’s no surprise DJ Mag recognised her as one of the genre’s most exciting voices. On support is Rogue Puppet resident @maul_uk , a safe pair of hands behind the decks, alongside @skouba_dj , a fresh face stepping into the booth. An emerging DJ with a focus on hypnotic, body driven rhythms, he makes his debut with us, and we’re excited to see what he has in store. Early bird tickets are now available on Resident Advisor. On Friday, May 22, Control becomes our playground for a collab between ctrl x Sqweez! x @roguepuppetrecords . Some collectives move on similar frequencies, and over the years we’ve come to understand this is not a one-off, but an ongoing exchange - a bridge between the UK and Romanian scenes, both shaped by multicultural, diverse perspectives and a shared pull towards the underground. For this months radio show with @datatransmission , we welcomed @field.case Firmly centred at the heart of Bristol’s growing techno scene, Field Case is the coming together of DJs Petrachore and Ohana. Exploring a range of colourful and percussive textures, the duo experiment with rhythm and deep sounds to create dynamic atmospheres that encourage exploration and freedom of expression. As both residents of RTN and Queerky, the duo have continued to demonstrate their prowess in dance floor manipulation. Their performances have become synonymous with melding broken techno and glitchy bass, circulating the trajectory of the dance floor. The two met by chance in early 2023, to later then form Bristol’s first-ever queer community radio station, Transgression.fm. From differing musical backgrounds and contrasting sonic palettes, their journey together has defined their sound, character and mystery.
