Is it just me, or does this sound like something from a prescription drug commercial?

VINTAGE ROGERS DRUMS vs REALITY
There is no doubt that owning a Rogers kit from the 60’s or early 70’s is super awesome. As a vintage drum collector of several brands myself, Rogers has always been my go to. In terms of American drums, Rogers dominated the 60’s and early 70’s and were billed as the Cadillac of drums.
In 2013 Rogers was reborn and started slowly releasing their new snare drums and later drum kits over time. It has been a slow and methodical comeback. The last six years have been the most exciting for me.
I have read many comments in forums and in YouTube reviews where people were saying, just buy an authentic vintage kit, “It’s cheaper and sounds better!” Well, is that true? I personally have 3 vintage Rogers kits and while I love them so much, I use my modern Rogers kits regularly. Full transparency, I am a Rogers endorse’ and while the company I’m sure would prefer I use newer kits live, I don’t have to. I could very well play one of my vintage kits. Now, I’m not ruling that out at some point, but for now, the new stuff I don’t have to baby on the road. @rogersdrums #rogersdrums @bigbangdistribution
