Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Horse & Groom for what was a truly special evening in the company of Michel Roux.
The night began with a warm welcome from @thesisters_66 , with guests enjoying a glass of Roebuck Classic Cuvée, generously provided by @roebuckestates , alongside a beautifully balanced non-alcoholic aperitif of Botivo & Elderflower Tonic kindly provided by @botivodrinks
Michel Roux, working in close collaboration with our Head Chef, Luke Cockram, and the kitchen team, presented a refined, seasonal menu, thoughtfully executed and inspired by his signature style. With fantastic service and hospitality from Danny and our front-of-house team, the evening carried a sense of understated excellence throughout.
One of our guests, Milly, said it best: “Truly one of those evenings you wish you could bottle and relive.”

Throughout April, we’re delighted to showcase Roebuck’s Estate’s Blanc de Noirs 2018 (@roebuckestates ), served by the glass in our Michelin-starred restaurant.
Crafted in West Sussex using traditional methods, this refined sparkling wine is defined by its delicate bubbles, silky texture, and notes of citrus fruits and brioche.
To complement the wine, our chefs will be pairing it with Huntsham Court Farm middle white pig, spiced carrot, spring cabbage and turnip - a seasonal dish from our menu that celebrates the very best of Spring.
