8 years ago today I dropped my first mixtape 💿 “Attention Material” April 21st 2018 at 23 years old. Each slide is from that era and I wouldn’t be me today without that project. A day late but yesterday marked 3 years since I dropped “Optimistic.” (April 19th, 2023)
Looking back at these clips, I still remember how this joint shifted everything. From the “Why You Sad…?” intro to everyone doing the dance when they saw me in the streets—this track opened doors I didn’t even know were there. It’s a blessing to see how a song can boost someone’s mood and connect me with people I’ve never even met.
