Roche+Roche is honored to have received a 2026 Merit Award in the Residential Design category from
@asla.norcal for our 'Wood, Water and Stone' residence in St. Helena.
This modern residential compound demonstrates the refined use of reclaimed materials, custom fabrication by local artisans, and adaptive reuse. Drawing inspiration from local agrarian archetypes, as well as mid-century modern and contemporary forms, the new structures, designed by Covell Architects with interiors by Erin Martin Design, and built by Borges General Contracting, are intimately connected to the site’s natural surroundings.
