A new child care centre is taking shape in Bomaderry, delivered in collaboration with the friendly team at @cyclogroup
This is no typical build; an existing brick structure—formerly a gym—is being carefully gutted and reconfigured, forming the foundation for what will become a modern, purpose-built early learning centre and tenanted space.
Since its early earthworks stage back in September last year (see last photo), the site has progressed significantly. What’s emerging now is a thoughtfully designed, two-storey facility.
Once complete, the ground floor centre will feature spacious indoor learning environments, a dedicated outdoor play area, and ample on-site parking to support families, staff, and the wider community.
A strong step forward for community infrastructure as Bomaderry continues to grow.

Progress on site in Coniston 🚧
Here are the latest progress shots from our warehousing project, which consists of three warehouses currently at different stages of completion.
While the photos might not fully capture the scale, each warehouse stands approximately 15 metres tall, with a clear span of over 20 metres - something you really appreciate when standing on site.
The structures have been designed using steel framing and tilt-up concrete panels, a system chosen for its efficiency, strength, and suitability for large-span industrial buildings.

We shared progress shots mid last year of this 230 metre long box culvert, working alongside @menaicivil in Cornwallis – constructed after the 2022 floods washed away the road and the original culvert.
🚧🌊 Designed to withstand future flood events, this impressive upgrade helps ensure the community won’t see a repeat of the damage experienced a few years ago.
A seriously impressive piece of infrastructure and a great example of resilient design in action 👷♂️

Why knock down and rebuild when you can expand and reimagine?
One of our clients chose to increase the footprint of their existing cottage in Bundeena instead of starting from scratch — and the result is pretty special.
By keeping the original frame, extra rooms were added to both sides and the rear of the home, along with an additional level. The character of the original cottage is preserved, while the home itself gets a whole new lease on life.
