It was a whirlwind trip, 76.5 hours in Europe from wheels down to wheels up. Quick stops to see the Swiss Alps in towns of Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken, Kandersteg & experiencing the Stuttgart Beer Fest in October in Germany was unreal. Back to work in the home office treating patients today. Sleep? Never heard of it 😅

I turn 33 today. Reflecting back on the last year, 32 was the most successful year of my life so far. Someone said I am a master at “manifesting” my success. Yeah, manifesting is one thing. But to get to this point? It’s been 15 long years of a brutal grind. Years of late nights, early mornings, lots of stress, lots of tests, missed events, missed family time, long days, long drives, long flights, a lot of alone time, a lot of failure, battling depression, battling anxiety, battling demons, screaming at God asking when the fuck it would all be worth it. Asking myself how much am I willing to suffer for this?

But I turn my struggles into my strength. Confidently creating conditions to out persist everyone else. We can’t see the end from the start, but don’t ever be afraid of the fucking dark.

What was the moment that pulled you into the music or scene you love most?

Discovering music often starts with curiosity and a little rebellion. One live show can completely change how sound feels, turning music into a language that sticks for life. That first real experience is usually what makes it permanent.
We pulled it off. Danke, Merci, Thank you to everyone involved in the making of this trip. The amount of planning & logistics for two of us to spend 75 hours in Europe working 4 shows/venues with 3 different tours in 3 separate countries in 3 days was insane. Yes, we worked two shows in one day. Metal AF 🤘🏽🇨🇭🇩🇪🇧🇪
