In a culture of swipes, speed, and endless options, most connections start with attraction—but very few reach alignment.
Many women feel it—exhaustion with modern dating, a lack of presence, clarity, and follow-through, and too few men who embody both strength and care. Many men feel it too—a desire to show up more grounded, more intentional, and more aligned, but without a clear model for how.
In this workshop based on @robschuham book, MAN│SENSE, he explored what actually creates real connection: attraction vs. alignment, intensity vs. intimacy, what it means to be truly resourced, integration beyond outdated roles, and how emotional safety and polarity are created.
Each module included a short guided reflection followed by small group exchange allowing for a highly interactive, honest, and engaging experience. This was a grounded exploration of how we show up with each other—and what allows something real to take root in a short attention span world.

I finally wrote the book..
Somewhere along the way, our culture lost the art of courtship. Not because men stopped caring, but because we replaced presence with performance, and clarity with endless distraction in this crazy short-attention-span world.
MAN│SENSE didn’t come from an outline or a master plan. It arrived more like a download. A distillation of years of repeated conversations with friends about their nightmare dating stories, my own relationships and mistakes, and pattern-recognition around fundamental interpersonal dynamics.
I kept seeing the same behaviors and emotions everywhere: men unsure how to show up without posturing, and women exhausted by the lack of attunement and safety - combined with a dating culture that rewards tactics over responsibility.
I wrote this book for men, but I also wrote it for women to read, and to hand to the men who want to date them.
This is my attempt to bring things back to basics.
No tricks. No bravado. No B.S. Just grounded guidance for men who want real connection - and are willing to take responsibility for how they show up.
It’s a short, honest read (about an hour and change). If you know a man who could use it, or a woman who’s tired of translating this stuff, I hope it finds its way to them.
