Little Penny is 7 today!! Wish her a hbd with a pic of your rescue pup! Penny was picked up on the streets of Tijuana with a broken leg by the great people at @rovers_retreat We fostered her and then decided to keep her! To think that she would likely not have survived without that rescue group is heart breaking. If youāre compassionate enough to want a dog, please be compassionate enough to get a rescue and not support breeders! Sheās so happy! Yeah Penny!
