TRAILS • COMMUNITY • FRIENDSHIP
Since launching our first running camp over 10 years ago, my wife Christina and I've been deeply touched by the connections we've made with the trail and ultra running community. Our goal remains to provide an inspirational, educational, and truly unique running experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our camps are designed to offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In a small-group setting (maximum of 11 guests) that allows for generous individual attention, you will run alongside us in some of our most beautiful and favorite training locations.
Our camps include guided trail runs over various terrains, distances, and altitudes. We design the runs to accommodate a wide range of goals and paces, often utilizing one-way or looped routes to maximize new terrain. Daily run distances typically range from 8–11 miles, with options for additional mileage if time permits. Several experienced guides accompany each run.
ALL ABILITIES WELCOME
We genuinely welcome runners of all experience levels. If you are concerned about being “good enough” or experienced enough, please send me a message and lets chat! This is the most common question I receive, and I have never replied with a "no." Beginners and intermediate trail and ultra runners are, in fact, our ideal guests, as we feel they have the most to gain. We've hosted guests ranging from 18 to 71 years old including experienced road runners, seasoned ultra runners, and those just starting on the trails.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US
Our overarching goal is to provide a balanced, informative, and rewarding experience centered on running, education, and community connection. We aim to bring the trail running community together to learn not only from myself but from each other. Many of our friends—avid and experienced trail runners themselves—join us as guides to share their knowledge throughout the camp. We feel fortunate to share our home and knowledge with trail runners from around the globe.
We hope to see you in FLG 🏔 💥
