Okay, you guys, hereās my daily routine for about 5 out of 7 days.
I use both my @higherdose mask and my @lymalife laser.
But I didnāt start using both right away; I built up to it.
Especially with the LYMA... itās not one of those āuse it once and see magicā things.
You actually need to stay consistent for about 12 minutes a day, for at least a month before you start seeing results.
I think thatās the part people donāt want to hear š

Needed some alone time today! Hormones all over the place! So I chose peace above everything!
Yesterday, I had my OB appointment; my hormones are actually within the normal range for my age. Iām not on traditional HRT, just bioidentical creamsāestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and DHEA.
By "normal,ā I mean low-normal for my age.
Here are a few things I personally choose not to do: I donāt use traditional HRT like patches or pellets. Iāll share what makes me feel my absolute best.
I personally did my research and decided against patches or pellets.
First, because of potential weight gainā¦
and second, because I have a fibroid on the lining of my uterus, and those options could stimulate it and cause bleeding again!
When my doctor asked about symptomsānight sweats, hot flashes, sleep issues, weight changes, heart racing, appetite shifts, hair lossāI said no.
And honestly, I feel my best when I fuel my body with clean, high-protein, lower-carb, low-sugar foods, and balanced fats.
