“Swing Low” is out today. This is our “what about that song??” song. And we are finally doing something about it!
In 2018, we went on a blind-co-write with @jordancritz and wrote a 🔥song together that we had to shelve while we worked on other projects and every now and again we’d say to each other “what about that song??” but the stars just never aligned to put it out.
At some point over the years, we shared it with @tonetree music who also kept asking “what about that song??” and hoping we’d release it. Finally, we let them talk us into it!
We are so glad it is out today for you to hear. @jordancritz played and produced everything and created a beautiful world for our words and voices to live in. Check out his gorgeous instrumental projects.
We thought it was about time for a lil’ reunion.
Isn’t it hilarious and weird that songwriter’s have to use trends to get their own music out? You should have seen us trying to film this.
Anyway, “Swing Low” is coming out in a few days and the vibe is honestly like this but darker lol. It’s about being there for someone through all their ups and downs and asking them to not forget that they can hold onto you to steady themselves.
