The secret to it all? Decide BEFORE you go to bed. The hardest part of making the decision is MAKING the decision in the moment. Go to bed knowing what game you’re playing, and you can support one another in the decision you made last night.
And of course, sometimes you gotta flex, even when you plan it out the night before. But the more you communicate, the more you’re able to play on the same team, regardless of the sport you’re playing.

At the AAFTA Young Actors Conservatory, young performers train in a professional environment designed to launch the next generation of stars.
Students develop real on camera acting skills, work with industry mentors, and build the confidence to step into the spotlight.
As part of their training, students have the opportunity to star in a film and experience the full process of bringing a performance to screen.
And the results speak for themselves.
Several graduates from previous years are now starring in the YouTube series Operation: Cold Pizza, a series developed and produced within the AAFTA creative community.
