We were relaxing at the hotel when fireworks pulled us into the streets.
I rushed to grab my camera and ten minutes later:
my pockets full candy, pineapple in my hand and my belly full of mezcal.

The process of making artisanal mezcal is like going back in time! It's amazing to see all the hard work that goes into crafting this stuff. After trying 23 different mezcals, I can definitely say we had an absolute blast!
