The Logistics Behind a Winter Wedding
Winter weddings come with a unique kind of beauty and complexity.
Freezing temperatures can burn delicate petals in minutes. For this celebration, we worked with 22 trolleys filled with flowers, each one carefully protected from the cold throughout the entire process.
With limited time at the venue, everything had to be planned in advance. Every arrangement was designed, prepared, and structured before and ready to be transported safely and assembled seamlessly on site.
What appears effortless is, in reality, a carefully constructed puzzle. Getting ready and preparing everything two weeks in advance, vases, structures. Planning logistics can take months to plan.
Every detail considered. Every flower placed with intention.
And most importantly a team working together with precision and professionalism.

When the fjords of Norway welcome you on a sunny day, there is nothing more special! This welcome party started on the most unique boat ride with in between the Norwegian mountains and stunning fjords. From live music, sushi from their favourite local restaurant and a light that got us all quietly emotional. What a way to kick off the celebrations!
