Incredible pictures that encapsulate the scale and intricacies of the @univofmaryland boiler demolition! Work is underway to meticulously take apart the 6-story, Riley Stoker steam boiler built it 1948, piece by piece, to replace it with more sustainable and efficient equipment to heat the college's #campus. #RMF is providing engineering design & consultation and inspection services for this one of a kind project.

#RMF is thrilled to be working with @hilco_redev on the repositioning of the former Haemonetics Corporation property in Braintree, MA. The 150,000 sf facility will be refreshed with a new entry, site landscaping, and a more transparent façade, and the interior will be made ready for use by future tenants. @Balance_Architects is the designer.
