We made scallion cream cheese with the big, beautiful spring onions from this week's box, then picked up some bagels from @emeraldcitybagels and topped all that goodness off with the 1st CSA tomatoes of the season, cucumbers and over easy fresh eggs.
Scallion cream cheese
Roast or pan fry spring onions until a little charred, mix into softened cream cheese, add salt and pepper to taste
