OFF DUTY FM.. a brand that existed in a 90s notebook before it ever existed in reality. This project started with a simple thought: What if a forgotten idea from the 90s got launched today? I designed a brand for a city that’s slowly poisoning its own people. Delhi NCR. AQI 400. Vegetables loaded with pesticides. And shelves full of fake brown bread [ just maida with caramel colour, sold as “healthy.”] Most people don’t realise their everyday breakfast is part of the problem. So I started thinking.. what if a brand actually tried to fix this? That’s where EMMER began. A single origin heritage grain bakery built for Delhi NCR. But before touching visuals, I focused on understanding the people. People who read every ingredient label People who host with intention and care about what’s on their table People who grew up with clean, honest food and can’t find it anymore The insight that shifted everything .. this audience doesn’t want to be sold to. They want to be understood. Not promises, but proof. So the brand was built around one core truth EMMER isn’t a bakery. It’s a sanctuary. A glass box store where the baking is fully visible from the street. Because in a city full of doubt, transparency is the strongest trust signal. An authenticity receipt with every loaf includes harvest location, fermentation hours A pre order model with daily batches and zero leftover stock.
