Prateek has become one of my favorite songwriters and just all around interesting and lovely human being. His first single is out today that I helped co produce with the legend @brandonshoop . For a period in my teenage years I can't think of an artist who might have altered the course of my life more than Ozzy. It's not that he was my favorite artist, or I saw him perform a million times but his work with a young Randy Rhodes that showed me the possibilities of what guitar could do. He was such a champion of talent. I remember hearing Dee for the first time. A classical guitar piece that I ended up learning and used as an audition piece for the young musicians program. Had I not heard it I probably would not have ended up studying music in college or found my way as songwriter in LA. I am eternally thankful for what he brought to our world. He helped elevate so much talent, and that is a job only fit for a true king. I never got to meet him, but just wanted to say "Thank you"! Gone but never forgotten...RIP OZZY
