Boot, Skate & Boogie is back on Thursday, May 14th. 👉🏽Heads up, we’re on the second Thursday this month instead of the first. Line dancing kicks off at 6:00–7:30 PM with the incredible Trisha. This part happens in shoes, so wear whatever you want to move in, boots, sneakers, your call. No experience needed. A mix of country and pop under the San Diego sunset. As the sun dips, we roll into skating from 6:00–9:00 PM with live DJ @misterhek setting the vibe all night. This month’s theme is Disco Cowboy. Think fringe, rhinestones, and a little shimmer with your western. Adults only, 18+. Admission is $18, free for members. Well, this rules. Ringer’s Roller Rink is opening a second location at Seaport Village this summer. The original Ringer’s on Federal Boulevard (right off the 94 near Chollas Lake Park) is what ‘90s dreams are made of. Neon murals. Rainbow lighting. An arcade. A boombox-shaped DJ booth. The faint scent of cucumber melon. And the kind of good-vibes camaraderie where, if you fully eat it, you’ll get helped back up by a friendly regular who probably brought their own skates. This new location takes that energy and throws in a snack bar with old-school treats, a photo booth, and front-row views of the Rady Shell and Coronado Bridge. Open-air skating, in the sunshine, under a disco ball, by the bay… deliciously San Diego. Ringer’s is set to open at 821 West Harbor Drive this summer. Grand opening details are still rolling in. In the meantime, lace up, practice your spins, and get ready to give ‘em the old razzle dazzle.

We love finding unique field trip opportunities for our students! 🙌🙌🏾 Each year, our teacher, Miss Marisa, sets a field trip schedule and then contacts different organizations, companies, and programs all around San Diego to put together intentional opportunities for her students! ❤️ She also connects the curriculum to the field trips, too, ensuring alignment and, of course, fun! STEM & Skate with us at @ringersrollerrink ! 🛼 Last week, our Donnelly's Daily Apple homeschool crew went to a field trip at Ringer's Roller Rink & had a BLAST! First, the kids participated in a STEM activity — creating their own rollerblade boxes and testing what materials could make them move more effectively! They raced their 'rollerblades' using just wheels, and then they used the power of balloons to increase velocity! Afterwards, it was time to skate! 🤸 We had some friends who were pros, and some who were learning for the first time. . . but no matter the experience, the Ringer's staff helped us have FUN! A fieldtrip with learning, skating, and being in sunny San Diego! What could be better!? Thanks, Ringer's for hosting us! Coming Summer 2026, you’ll be rolling on the San Diego waterfront with views of the Embarcadero, the Rady Shell, the Coronado Bridge, and the beautiful yachts in the Marriott Marina. Literally from your roller skates. We’re building a smooth concrete rink with colorful murals, shade sails, and all the sparkle you already know and love from Ringer’s. If you’ve skated with us at Federal Blvd, you know the vibe. The fun, the color, the lights, the energy. Most of all, the community that happens when people come together and make memories. We’re bringing that same love for skating and connection to our new open-air waterfront rink.
